Following significant recent investment, the firm is now looking to further strengthen its Compliance department with this new hire. Exciting times lie ahead as the business looks to build on its success to date, its ambitious growth plans making it a great time to join.
You’ll also have the opportunity to shape this newly created role and really make your mark.
You’ll provide support and guidance to all business units ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, whilst also identifying and mitigating compliance risks. You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance training programmes and monitoring their effectiveness.
In addition, you’ll perform horizon scanning, keeping management informed of and relevant regulatory changes, their potential impact on the business and recommending appropriate responses.
You’ll have gained previous experience in a Compliance experience within an investment management or wealth management environment and will be fully conversant with relevant FCA regulations. You’ll also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver engaging Compliance training at all levels across a business.
The firm is based in Bath and operates a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home each week).
