Following significant recent investment, the firm is now looking to further strengthen its Compliance department with a number of new hires. Exciting times lie ahead as the business looks to build on its success to date, its ambitious growth plans making it a great time to join.
And you’ll have the opportunity to shape this newly created role and really make your mark.
Plus, you’ll only need to go into their Bath office (right next to Bath Spa station) once a week, spending the rest of your time working from home.
You’ll provide support and guidance to all business units ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, whilst also identifying and mitigating compliance risks. You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance training programmes and monitoring their effectiveness.
In addition, you’ll perform horizon scanning, keeping management informed of and relevant regulatory changes, their potential impact on the business and recommending appropriate responses.
You’ll have gained previous experience in a Compliance experience within an investment management / platform environment and will be fully conversant with relevant FCA regulations.
You’ll need strong Consumer Duty and CASS knowledge and experience, whilst any SMCR and/or ESG experience would be advantageous.
You’ll also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver engaging Compliance training at all levels across a business.
